Zillertaler Krapfen ('Doughnuts')
A popular Austrian sweet dish; small dough balls are flattened and filled with a mixture of cooked potatoes, grated Tyrolean gray cheese, curd cheese, salt, and chives; the balls are then folded into dumplings, deep-fried and eaten whilst still hot.
Kaiserschmarrn
